Dr. Stephanie Entringer is an Associate Director with the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). Dr. Entringer holds a baccalaureate degree in nursing from Augustana University, a master of science in nursing education, and a doctorate in healthcare education and leadership, both from Clarkson College. She began volunteering with the ACEN in 2019 as a peer evaluator and has a passion for continuous improvement and peer-driven quality assurance in nursing education.
Dr. Entringer brings nearly two decades of experience in nursing education, having served as Department Chair, Program Coordinator, Academic Advisor, and faculty member in both the health-related general education courses and registered nursing programs at Southeast Technical College. She has led several strategic initiatives related to student success, faculty mentorship, and curriculum alignment.
Dr. Entringer believes deeply in the power of accreditation to elevate nursing education and ensure excellence across programs. She is honored to contribute to the ACEN’s work in supporting faculty, students, and institutions nationwide.
