The ACEN Peer Evaluator Portal stores vital demographic, programmatic, and experiential data that the ACEN uses to match Peer Evaluators with review assignments.
Use the portal to accept or decline assignments, view current and past review information (including program administrators and team members), log conflicts, and help the ACEN maintain current information.
All Written Reports and Supporting Evidence submitted by programs for review are located in the ACEN Repository. Access is restricted to peer evaluators conducting reviews in the current cycle.
Peer Evaluators who need real-time assistance with Concur Expense are invited to join ACEN’s recurring live support sessions. These open meetings provide an opportunity to ask questions, troubleshoot issues, and receive step-by-step guidance from ACEN staff.
Live Support Schedule (Microsoft Teams):
- Wednesdays at 4:00 PM Eastern Time
- Fridays at 12:00 PM Eastern Time
No registration is required—simply join the standing Microsoft Teams meeting at the scheduled time to get the help you need.
