Arbitration applies only to an adverse action by the ACEN Board of Commissioners that has been fully and finally determined by a written decision of the Appeal Committee pursuant to ACEN Policy #10 Appeal Process and Submission and Review of New Financial Information Subsequent to Adverse Action.
