GUIDELINES FOR USE OF THE ACEN ACCREDITATION SEAL
The ACEN is pleased to provide ACEN-accredited nursing programs with the ACEN Accreditation Seal. As a mark of quality, the ACEN seal conveys to your current and prospective students as well as your communities of interest a commitment to the national standards for nursing programs as well as a focus on continuous improvement within the nursing program. We encourage you to proudly display your program’s accredited status by utilizing the seal on the nursing program’s website and in program materials. To protect the ACEN brand, the following guidelines apply to all public representations of the ACEN. The ACEN Accreditation Seal is for use by ACEN-accredited nursing programs only. Use of the seal by any other entity is not permitted without prior consent from the ACEN.

Clearance
The appropriate area of clearance around the ACEN Accreditation Seal must be no less than one-quarter (1/4) width of the diameter.
Dimensions
The ACEN Accreditation Seal may be scaled to any size provided the following conditions are met when scaling:
- File format selected is appropriate for usage
- Width, height, and diameter must have identical values
- Graphic and fonts are sharp without pixilation
- Minimum diameter is 1.2 in. (width = 1.2”; height = 1.2”)
Aspect Ratio
The aspect ratio must always be maintained at equal width, height, and diameter.
Alterations
The graphic may not be altered. The individual components that make the seal may not be moved, separated, or altered in any form.
