The ACEN is now accepting online notifications of nurse administrator changes.  To submit online notification of a change in nurse administrator, please have the following documents ready for upload, which must be in either PDF or RTF format.

  1. Letter of appointment from the governing organization administrator
  2. New nurse administrator’s Curriculum Vitae/Resume
  3. Verification of meeting Governing Organization Position Requirements
  4. Verification of meeting the State Regulatory Body Requirements
