Change in Nurse Administrator
The nurse administrator is the individual with responsibility and authority for the administrative and instructional activities of a nursing education unit and nursing programs within an governing organization (e.g., dean, chairperson, director, etc.).
Personnel changes in the role of nurse administrator must be reported in accordance with Policy #14 Reporting Substantive Changes.
