FALL SELF-STUDY FORUM REGISTRATION FEE POLICY

Registration Period

The registration period may close at any time once space is filled to capacity.

Self-Study Forum Registration Fee

  • $499 per attendee for 1 or 2 attendee(s)
  • $449 per attendee for 3 or more attendees from the same nursing program

Registration Includes

  • Admission to the Self-Study Forum
  • Self-Study Forum materials
  • Lunch on Day 1
  • Breakfast on Day 2
  • Wifi access
  • 10 Contact Hours of Continuing Education

 


 

For payments not received by invoice due date, registrations may be cancelled and released to the public and/or to accommodate registrants on a waiting status. All hotel reservations at the negotiated rate are dependent on availability. ACEN does not guarantee availability of hotel room rates.

Forum registrations will be confirmed when fees are received. All fees must be paid prior to attendance of the Forum.

Cancellation Policy

Payment must be received to confirm registration. Cancellations of confirmed registrations will be charged $150.00 per attendee. Fees are not refundable after August 15, 2019 for fees paid toward the Forum; or for non-attendance.

Important Information

Please do not make any travel or hotel arrangements until you receive confirmation from the ACEN office. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email along with information on receiving the ACEN negotiated hotel group rate.
