$499/per attendee for 1 or 2 attendee(s)
$449/per attendee for 3 or more attendees from the same nursing program

POST-FORUM SESSION REGISTRATION FEE
$75/per attendee

Registration Includes:

  • Admission to the Post-Forum Session
  • Session Materials
  • Lunch
  • 2 Contact Hours of Continuing Education

For payments not received by invoice due date, registrations may be cancelled and released to the public and/or to accommodate registrants on a waiting status. All hotel reservations at the negotiated rate are dependent on availability. ACEN does not guarantee availability of hotel room rates.

Forum registrations will be confirmed when fees are received. All fees must be paid prior to attendance of the Forum.

Cancellation Policy:
Payment must be received to confirm registration. Cancellations of confirmed registrations will be charged $150.00 per attendee. Fees are not refundable after February 2, 2018 for fees paid toward the Providence, Rhode Island Forum and February 23, 2018 for fees paid toward the San Antonio Forum; or for non-attendance. Please do not make any travel or hotel arrangements until you receive confirmation from the ACEN office. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email along with information on receiving the ACEN negotiated hotel group rate.
