The ACEN is now accepting online notifications of nurse administrator changes.  To submit online notification of a change in nurse administrator, please have the following documents ready for upload in WORD, RTF, or PDF format. If you submit notification online, it will not be necessary to submit a hard copy.

  1. Letter of appointment from the governing organization administrator
  2. New nurse administrator’s Curriculum Vitae/Resume
