Dr. Keri Nunn-Ellison, is a Certified Nurse Educator and currently the Associate Program Administrator for Nursing at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. She has nursing practice experience in medical-surgical, intensive care, and hospice environments and was working as nursing faculty before her appointment to Associate Program Administrator. She is dedicated to quality teaching and learning, and has focused her career on course, program, and college level outcomes assessment. She has championed quality assessment practices in her roles as Divisional Assessment Coordinator for Health Sciences and chair of the college-wide Assessment Committee, and her resume includes professional faculty development presentations on these topics.

Dr. Nunn-Ellison holds an associate in applied science degree in nursing from Sinclair Community College, a bachelor of science in nursing from University of Cincinnati, a master of science in nursing with an emphasis in nursing and health care education from University of Phoenix, and a doctor of education with a specialization in educational leadership and management from Capella University.

Dr. Nunn-Ellison is committed to promoting quality nursing education and practice through her participation on the Education Advisory Board for the Ohio Board of Nursing and membership in the Ohio Nurses Association. She has also been an active volunteer for the ACEN as a peer evaluator with experience as a team chair and the Evaluation Review Panel. Recently she participated on the standards review team contributing to the new 2017 Standards and Criterion.
