The Operations Assistant requires a self-motivated individual.  The individual is responsible for data entry, scanning and filing, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the organization’s records.


  • Perform daily record updates, data entry, scanning, and filing
  • Manage the integrity of the records and take corrective measures to address any inconsistencies
  • Maintain office files, both physical and electronic
  • Respond to general information inquiries
  • Research and respond to requests for accreditation status verifications
  • Answer calls, sort mail, and redirect to appropriate offices
  • Provide clerical support for day-to-day office activities
  • Prepare correspondence and reports as assigned
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


All of the following are required and considered critical elements to be considered for the position (as noted):

  • Baccalaureate degree preferred; Associate degree required
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines
